Aesthetician / Laser Practitioner

Job description

Carroll Cosmetic Club — the dermatologist-led med spa inside Peachtree City Dermatology, with studios in Carrollton, Newnan, and Peachtree City — is looking for an aesthetician / laser practitioner who takes skin as seriously as we do. You'll deliver results-driven treatments on modern devices with dermatologist supervision, medical-grade products, and patients who were referred by the providers treating their skin medically.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laser and light-based treatments — laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, laser facials, and CO2 resurfacing support — per protocol and under physician supervision.
• Deliver skin-health services: hydrating facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.
• Conduct skin consultations (including Visia analysis), map treatment series, and set honest expectations.
• Screen skin types and contraindications carefully; document treatments and settings accurately.
• Recommend medical-grade skincare regimens and retail honestly — what the skin needs, not what the shelf needs.
• Maintain devices, treatment rooms, and safety standards (eyewear, signage, logs).

Qualifications

• Current Georgia esthetician license (Master Cosmetologist or Esthetician) in good standing.
• Georgia laser practitioner licensure (assistant or senior) or eligibility for it — we'll support the right candidate through the process.
• Hands-on experience with aesthetic lasers and light devices strongly preferred; device-specific training provided.
• Comfort treating a range of skin types, with the judgment to say "not today" when skin isn't ready.
• A warm, professional chairside manner and pride in clean, consistent technique.
