Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner / Injector

Job description

Carroll Cosmetic Club is the dermatologist-led med spa that operates inside our Peachtree City Dermatology offices, with studios in Carrollton, Newnan, and Peachtree City. We are seeking a cosmetic Nurse Practitioner to deliver injectable and aesthetic treatments under the medical direction of Dr. Sarah Wilson — a dual board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon, not an absentee medical director.

This is aesthetics done the medical way: honest consultations, conservative dosing, and a dermatology practice behind you. When something isn't cosmetic — a suspicious spot, a rash — the medical side of the practice is down the hall, not a referral away.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic consultations, including Visia skin analysis, and build treatment plans patients can trust.
  • Administer neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers with an artistic, conservative eye.
  • Deliver collagen-stimulating treatments (Sculptra, Radiesse) and support laser and skin-health services.
  • Screen for contraindications, manage complications appropriately, and document thoroughly.
  • Educate patients on realistic outcomes, maintenance, and medical-grade skincare.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and dermatology providers on anything that crosses from cosmetic into medical.

Qualifications

  • Georgia APRN license in good standing (NP); RN-experienced injectors at the NP level preferred.
  • Hands-on injectables experience (neurotoxins and fillers) with a portfolio of natural-looking results.
  • Training in facial anatomy and complication management (hyaluronidase protocols).
  • A patient-first consultation style — comfortable telling a patient "no" or "less."
  • Aesthetic laser experience is a plus.

Why Carroll Cosmetic Club?

Physician-owned, dermatologist-directed, and growing across three hometown markets — with real medical backup, modern devices, and a patient base that comes from the dermatology practice's decades of trust. Competitive compensation with treatment-based incentives and a schedule that respects your life.
